You can call or email me.  We can either have an initial telephone conversation or arrange for me to visit you at your home for a discussion and assessment on how to proceed.  You should allow up to 2 hours for an assessment meeting, which will be free of charge.

You should not be concerned or worried about any mess or untidiness.  I do not make any judgement as I am here to help you through a difficult period and solve problems.

At the meeting, we agree what needs to be done and to which extend you will need my input, either on my own or together.  We will also discuss a maintenance plan to help you cope afterwards.

You decide how long you will need my assistance and you will keep control of any actions at all times.
